That was a bug? Huh, I'd always assumed that to be a feature: someone framing you, like you can frame others. That's why I was always on my toes, never fast-forwarding at 3x, only 2x and constantly refreshing my agent status screen to find any fabricated crimes and clear them up immediately. Spending a wireless rerouter now and then was part of rising to the top.

Guess I was reading too much into it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

oh, you mean the bug I fixed in the latest release. Yeah, there was a bug where the agents were using the player connection for making their missions.
can you link me to this release, the only one I can find is the 0.3 which is the one I currently have

thanks for the link. and I always found those missions amusing, that they're so clueless as to who hit them that they end up hiring the person who did it to find the perpertrator. I can imagine myself sending them an email back saying "sorry, they're clearly a filthy rich master hacker who covered their tracks like a ghost. nothing I can do, i've been thoroughly outskilled" dripping with sarcasm.

WOW! Long time no log-in.
Mc2m and sentinel still alive. Good to see. So, are you two keeping it afloat now?
I guess, since you are the ones most recently active - aside from CABAL (whom I don't recall).
Thanks on the bug-fix btw.

I am still hoping for a final release ... although it is fainting.

Miah is still around for supervision, but yeah, we are keeping the dream alive.

Good good. Pleased to hear it. Hopefully the sparks will catch on again.

Well then, I will not carry my hopes to grave that my support-payment from back in the days will pay off somewhen

So is Onlink 0.2.5 (as the most recent version I found) just receiving major bug fixes and all work is still flowing into Kite?

There are some improvements in the works just because I played Onlink recently, but yeah, still putting all the effort on Kite, for which lots has already been done, and more work is needed. There is also some work put into a new website, forums, and single account for everything, but it is not the top priority at the moment.

Also, feel free to drop on this discord if you use it, since I stick around there as well.

Not quite dead no. We hang around discord a lot more. That and Kite is slowly progressing.
