I'm not sure if I ever commented on this thread before, I'm too lazy to check everything again, but I'm alive :)

Well this is fascinating. Absolutely loved this game growing up, 11 years ago? I was a huge fan of Onlink and just thought of it recently. Came to see if it was still up and running and it's good to see you guys are still going at it. Hope to see something great from you guys! I'm going to give the new Onlink a spin..

I've found out about the fact that this mod exists few days before, and I've found couple of bugs already. I'm fascinated by the idea of extending upon Uplink's foundation, and perfecting game mechanics that weren't polished enough. I'd love to see you guys succeed, but I think you need some more marketing.
Game plays wonderfully and should get some things easier to get for new crowd to come in.

It's pretty much the only game I play.

To contribute, I also play Onlink.

Albeit, I play it with sincere sadness, seeing as to how it hasn't received almost any update at all.

Especially no update that fixes the issue in which when you remove a link in your bounce-list, Internic completely disappears if you try to come back later.

This also causes data loss in the sense that the username completely screws up, and the password disappears.

I would contribute this to Bugzilla, but, based on that site, that also needs an account. And I am not getting an account for this place and the other.

Some might question why not? And I just simply can't explain, since people would probably see it as stupid. What I can explain though, is that I have OCD, and not being able to organize the bounce links how I like them, is a bit of a pain.

I am a minority, sure, but I'd say this save-breaking bug needs fixing sometime. Assuming of course I am not the only one who's occurred with it. (Maybe it's the Alienware thing or something, I don't know.)

But, I digress, to the main point of this entire post again; I am here. And I play Onlink. And I wish to see this community alive, and frequent.

P.S: I used the most recent version of Onlink. The 0.2.5 and/or Beta. This issue is not with previous.

Hey, I'm still playing :D (And last time I checked, I'm alive :B )

I'm waiting for Onlink new releases and Kite to be released as well. Will it take too long? ;-;

Definitely not dead. I feel terribly sorry for the silent years.

I went through some rough stuff in my life and decided I wanted a clean slate. I've been slaving at work and college for the past 3 years straight and I've decided it's time to start letting things back in one at a time. My routine no longer allows me to give bughunting and the forums as much attention as I used to, but I hope I can go back to being useful now.

It's refreshing to see you are still working on Kite and it's even more amazing to see you're getting more help now. Thank you for your continued efforts. This game still is the one I look forward to the most.

It's good to be back!

Guess I should check in too. I play Onlink every few months or so, it's cool to still see it around.

I played quite a long time ago I was addicted to addiction but for a long time I had a break. Now I want to return to the game again. My old saves (2013) do not work because from what I remember I already had problems with them. Anyway, I forgot how to play so I will start again:)

the one thing stopping me from being in love with onlink is a really malicious bug which means no matter how many logs I delete where, or how many measures I take I ALWAYS end up getting caught. If that were to be fixed, I'd have no worthwhile complaints.

oh, you mean the bug I fixed in the latest release. Yeah, there was a bug where the agents were using the player connection for making their missions.
