just thinking maybe have hacks to forcast heavy thunderstorms or somthing so people will stay inside and lower traffic ^__^ |

Car traffic? I suppose this would just be like War Games? Not really anything that influences the game other than a funny news post right? Because if you hacked into the Weather System and changed the forecasts to T-Storms, people would stay inside (and probably get on their computers).
