Issue is that I don't quite have enough female pictures. Everything I do have is, in fact, already processed.

Yeah, you just did it.

The gender monoculture in Uplink has always seriously bothered me. I'm glad to hear that Onlink is working towards fixing that, and I'd love to see gender equality in-game. I just want to clarify a few things with regards to submissions:

• Are mugshots the preferred image format?
• What resolution and aspect ratio is preferred?
• Colour or black-and-white?
• Are voice samples still required? If so, what format, bit-rate, and length?
• What license is preferred? Will photographers and/or subjects receive attribution?
• How many photos/voice-samples do you need?

I'm a sucker for thematic elements, which means I'd love to have photographs of real hackers. I'll try to see what I can do for getting permission to use photographs and/or voice samples of women in the Open Source Software and Security communities if we still have the need.
