I think what can happen is that we can help someone make a fake passport... we can use the pictures from the criminal database.
Procedure
1. They send you the picture for the passport and the text that has to be typed in
2. hack in to the international passport database
3. you type in the information into a type of template.
4. you upload the picture (press the button where to picture will be and that will open a drop down box of all PICTURES)
5. bypass whatever security and hit commit.
Payment
This seem to me like a mid-high level mission because you have to type in a lot of stuff,upload picture.
Possibly a little bit more then an change marks mission (depending on the security)
We could also make it so we can have access to the intercom. Saying whatever the terrorists recorded and gave to you.
Procedure
1. They send you the recorded message
2. Hack into the intercom system
3. Upload audio file
4. Set delay time (if needed)
5. bypass security and hit commit

I think this can be a low level mission depending on the security... hack in, upload, set delay, (possibly bypass security)commit
