There should be 2-3 of these servers in the game that control the flow of traffic in the entire world.

Each one should have a menu screen that would look like this.

    Ticket Database
    Set Timing
    Red Light Camera

The first option is the main reason you as an agent are coming to the Traffic Control System. In the database, you would be able to access records of a person's tickets, points on their license, etc. Missions that would take advantage of this system,

    1. Clear points on a friend's license
    2. Revoke license? (by adding points or something similar)
    3. Add speeding tickets
    4. Add running red tickets
    5. Add illegal passing tickets

Clearing points on a license would be a one-button click. Revoking, perhaps you would have to add two different tickets (speeding, illegal passing, etc.)
and then click a button named "Revoke license" for it to work (similar to getting someone arrested at the F.B.I database).

The Set Timing menu would give you three options that would look like this....

This is the timing control for the North Timing District

Please select a new Timing method below...

    1. All Green (Green is Good)
    2. All Red (Red Rocks)
    3. All Yellow? (Nothing rhymes with yellow)

These three options should all set off an event in the news that could read, "Today at [x_time] all the lights in this part of the world turned red. Nobody could move an inch, the roadaways were clogged, and it took officals hours to undo the damage done to the flow of traffic."

The final menu screen, Red Light Camera, would have a picture of a mock intersection. Here you would have the option of using the redlight camera to get people in trouble for running red lights (even though they didn't really).

A possible mission might be to get someone specific in trouble for running a red light. Perhaps the mission would say, "Person X has a habit of running the red light in the North Traffic District at 5:00 pm, please catch him in the act."

Sounds interesting actually and i quite like the idea.

Would be an interesting idea of having another little mini-game.

    Hello, Mellow and bellow do.

Anyway, it seems you've thought through this quite well. I like it.

Sorry, never saw that one. I am glad you like my idea, however inplausable it might be. Miah, do you think something (Traffic Control System) like this might be possible to code into onlink?

It's alright if it is too far-fetched, or is too time consuming. I was just trying to come up with something that gave uplink even more flavor. Flavor being the maintenence terminal in the F.B.I database, that thing rocks.
