It would be fun to be capable of doing an investigation into who is requesting any given mission and utilize that information to counter the actions of a corperation or of another hacker. For instance, if I saw a request to track down a hacker that targeted company X, I could not take the misison but instead work to clean up any traces that the other hacker left. Thus helping my fellow hacker and increasing my neuromancer rating. Another possability would be to find out what hacker has accepted a mission and then work to prevent him from being able to complete the mission and destroy the rival's reputation (as well as hurt the player's own). |
