Okay i love the spam idea but what if. In the beginning of the game you only Subscibed to Uplink; Uplink is an Multi-Billion Proffesional Company so they wouldn't have an reason to SPAM you. But what if you would Subscribe to the WareZ site? Than you should recieve the spam like 10 msg a day. this is downward the "extra" pay you'll have to do for the cheaper Software you just bought. AND WareZ should not use FULL versions Right Away for this you'll need an NEW type of Software wich will "CRACK" the WareZ version of the software eg. u downloaded from the WareZ site and now it is an Trial for the Software you'll need Cracking software or Even an "small" mini game to get the full thing. Or maybe (i'm sorry) Every Company develops Software now Somewhere in their Server are Serials Serials and IP numbers to Servers where you can Download that software for FREE but obviously you'll need to hack their mainframe and their LAN. so you'll need to put some effort into it. Something like an Free-Roam onlink you don't have an mission but without missions hacking has NO use so why not hack an LAn for some Free Software? |

free roam would be a good idea... IF ONLLINK WAS LIKE A 3RD PERSON SHOOTER OR SOMETHING considering, it really is kind of a free roam. you can do missions whenever you want. you dont HAVE to do them. when you do take them, you can take however long you want to do it. the warez thign might work... like how on most warez, they have you go to whatever site, since the file is password protected. but redundant none the less because you could just use the password cracker to 'crack' the warez. fattyrob: I think that could work with the c++ thing... compile your own programs and sell them. but missions would pay better and are much more fun |

With Free-Roam i meant something b'tween the lines that without missions There's no poin tin hacking an Computer If you add this you could go hack an computer to get software but it's not an mission, so what i actually meant was an sort of "side-missions" I'm sorry i wasn't really clear about it |
