In a few hours I opened the my user.db file.

I finded a lot of resources:

-Companies Names
-Companies Servers
-Servers Passwords
-LAN's Servers
-Uplink Agents Passwords
-And Others


I have a question:
Can you create a Company Editor?
I love increment difficult in games, but I no have a intelligence to create this application.

What would be the point?

Would be the creation of campaigns in the history of the game, can be very useful for the variety of missions in the game, making it more fun and interesting challenges.

And it'd make a pretty interesting project. Makes me wish I was better at coding.

It's technically possible to do this already.

The savegames are in a SQLite format, so in theory you could make this happen by making the right SQL statements.

Events such as "email the player at X time" are also stored within as are the structures of non-standard computers.

I recently used this method, and crashes the game O.O

thanks to the SQLite savegame format, it'd be pretty easy to code a company editor - FOR EXISTING AGENTS , at least.
But if you want to make a company that onlink will always create for new agents, like ARC, Arunmor, Uplink Labs, etc, that's way more tricky.. i believe those are currently hardcoded into the game =/ ..miah? devs? any plugin system for this stuff?
