Are you guys planning on supporting onlink with the raspberry pi 256Mb/512Mb versions? They released a tech demo of the new wayland/weston for the hardware to give out better performance. The pi can use several versions as it uses the ARMv6 Processor. I currently have a clean version of Debian Jessie (upgraded from wheezy). I'd love to try and see if it works. |

There isn't any form of ARM support whatsoever at the present time, unfortunately:/ |

We are doing a thing on the backend that will result in more easily ported graphics code in the near future (like OpenGL ES, which you'll need on a Raspberry Pi), so this isn't out of possibility, but it'll be a bit coming yet since it requires yet another rework of all code, this time in the graphics department. The current things this render are done but we're adding support for some stuff that will show in 0.3 so this needs to be done next or it'll just be pain and suffering later. |

What I do know is it uses EGL and the GLUES and the bcm host (Broadcom hardware) library that's part of the raspberry pi. the latest eglport file revisions support EGL_SDL as well for versions 1 and 2.

sorry for the double post however we did come across a full compatible version of GL to GLES/GLES 2 interpreter and GLU to GLUES Interpreter also that acts like the normal GL but in turn allows to use the hardware directly as it's been designed directly for the raspberry pi. I was wondering if we might be able to test onlink to see if and how it runs. I know it's possible to run uplink itself using this. |
