Still noticing that nobody has fixed it saying 0.2.0 in the main menu..
It reads as 0.2.5-b6 in my menu. You running the correct installation/definitely have removed older installations?

Ah, didn't see that. Actually I don't think I've actually noticed the logo at all until now.

When i received the "ARC Warning" mail (the one who starts the story) i deleted the mail, then tried to open the mission data: the game crashed, and the savefile was corrupted.
where can i find the savefile in the installation folder?
and where can i upload that?

It isn't in the installation folder. On windows, it's in %appdata&/roaming/onlink

I don't know if this is the right topic or if this had already been discussed, but each time i attempt to hack a particular lan mainframe, the game crashes. copy-pasting, it says:
0x0038fcd4 0x011077c8 LanMonitor::Update at lanmonitor(400)
0x0038fce4 0x010f3da1 Player::Update at player.cpp(300)
0x0038fcf4 0x0104d564 UpdateBTree at serialise.cpp(341)
0x0038fd14 0x010f70e5 World::Update at world.cpp(594)
0x0038fd1c 0x0104f1c5 Game::Update at game.cpp(286)
0x0038fd2c 0x0104245f App::Update at app.cpp(574)
0x0038fd3c 0x01043f0e idle at opengl.cpp(665)
0x0038fd68 0x010cc743 GciMainLoop at gucci_sdl.cpp(567)
0x0038fd8c 0x0115d93f RunUplink at uplink.cpp(123)
0x0038fd9c 0x0115db40 SDL_main at uplink.cpp(78)
0x0038fdc8 0x01295241 main at sdl_win32_main.c(315)
0x0038fe34 0x0129507d WinMain at sdl_win32_main.c(398)
0x0038fe80 0x01208d36 __tmainCRTStartup at crt0.c(238)
0x0038fe8c 0x760833aa BaseThreadInitThunk
0x0038fecc 0x77e29ef2 RtlInitializeExceptionChain
0x0038fee4 0x77e29ec5 RtlInitializeExceptionChain

there is only one lan giving me this problem, the other ones says, when i try to hack the mainframe's password, i "exceeded my connection bandwidth".
ps: i have a 4000ghz gateway, 384gb ram, 128gb hdd, 1gb/s modem, 2 wireless routers, a motion sensor, all (i think) the hud upgrades. On all the LANs i can hack without any problem lock, auth servers and terminals. I'm running windows 7 home premimum 64bit.

Is there something i can do, at least with the bandwidth?

edit: the 64b versione gives me a bilion-chars long error code, that i'm unable to copy at all

Hi, I just downloaded this, and immediately upon starting it, I ran into trouble. I am running Windows 7 64-bit, but upon trying to generate a new profile on x86_64, it crashed. I instead ran the x86 version. Worked fine for a while, but crashes whenever I try to view my statement on Uplink International Bank. Other than that, it's awesome!

I am also having a problem playing the game. It runs fine for maybe about 3-5 minutes, but after playing for a little while, any button I press that pops up a menu causes the game to crash. So checking the missions menu, checking finance, checking messages, all of these cause the game to crash after a few minutes of play.

SO i'm guessing that's it for posting updates for the timebeing? And there isn't going to be a linux binary?

We're sorta updating some of the boring stuff that needs doing before an interesting thing can sanely be done.

There's no fancy way of explaining it.

Okay, after I solved my previous problem, now, I have to ask, I'm not sure if it is or isn't a bug, but how am I supposed to upload the files to ACS? Every time I do that [With either system or write acces] it deletes them after I log off. I tryed even routing through some trusted lines, but no, every time I do that, it just auto-deletes them as if I wasn't there at all and I can't move further thanks to that, so, is this a bug or is there another way to get through it?

Also, I wanted to ask: Where did you get all the extra music in this mod? Some of it I totally love and wonder, if there are any more songs like this on the internet.
