You should just be able to send any ol' mail to internal@uplinkcorp.netWhat's that? You can't compose a new email? Yeah I just noticed that. Just reply to any mail and change the "to" line. |

Try both the x86 and x64 binaries. If neither work, delete your C:\Users\Mark\AppData\Roaming\Onlink folder as there might be something broken in there. tried all those, didn't work. (I notice that when I first run it after a re-install I hear about half a second of music and a black screen before it crashes) also, one can never have too many tabs open. |

Hey, I'm not a mod, but my advice can't hurt... If you know how, can you try to attach cheat engine as a debugger, and upload the output? A new badge is now awarded for completing the first act of the aside storyline
- Enhancements
Adaptive security has been given the first of the nerfbats. It will no longer upgrade itself endlessly if you're having a run of bad luck and can only upgrade a maximum of once every 3-6 hours.
Software upgrades market has been removed. It is now a function of the normal software sales screen.
Agent gateways can no longer be routed through
LAN locks have been rebalanced. They will no longer open any lock at low versions.
LAN locks guarding a mainframe can no longer be forced
Keymapper function has been heavily altered, now allowing up to 168 shortcut combinations
- Bug Fixes
Aux gateways are now completely removed from the game when nuked
"Arunmor has been busted"
Ocassionally the mission interface would try to call a mission that doesn't exist and crash. This has been fixed
Overly aggressive field clearing has been put on a leash
Backup files are now appropriately checked for (caused a crash before)
Countermeasures will no longer wrongly report as version 0.0
Uncontrolled Revelation outbreaks no longer disavow you, but instead properly have Uplink Corp draw its terminal breath
Fixed a BBS crash
Hardware interface will no longer report having both the admin panel and "nothing" installed
Fixed a crash cased by transferring money
Fixed an error caused by running the game for months
Some highlight error with the manual dialer has been haphazardly repaired
General codebase reductions
General interface enhancements
More terrible Chris++ removed
Probably some other rubbish I forgot.

Honestly, if a wipe fixed it, chances are it was something driver related and there would have been quite a limit to what I could have done. But I'm glad it's working at least. |
