also, seems there's something wrong with the forum. try to upload 2 attachments in a single post, 1 .jpg and 1 .zip - while you don't get any errors from uploading the 2nd attachment, it wont be inlined when you press post, and when you try to edit that same post later, the edit page suggest there was only ever 1 attachment.

-and here's the file i tried to upload as attachment #2 in the previous post (twice) - the bugged agent profile

encountered another bug.
i have NOT been using the experimental mission generator. i got an odd mission, "copy large and secure corporate database", at "Interware Developments Internal Service Machine", problem is, there was no large database there, just 3 files small files. and indeed, 1 of those files were encrypted. never the less, i did as they asked, copied down all the 3 files, decrypted the 1 encrypted file, and uploaded it to their fileserver, and sent a mission complete notice.

now they're saying they can't find any of the files on the filesystem, even though all 3 files are there.

what should i do? bugged profile in attachment, bugged mission is from "Quadra Inc"

found another bug,

buy the gateway admin panel upgrade, and a gateway, and switch to that gateway in the panel, then open the hardware view screen - and without closing the hardware view screen, open the admin panel and switch gateway - then close the hardware view page - now the hardware components (CPUs, RAMs, etc, but not the motherboard) are glued to the screen :)

Im having problems. The Uplink game doesn't show most important things when running in 4k resolution. This problem also exist in Onlink but in Onlink i cant change the resolution because it starts in 4k by default. How can i change that?

- does it make a difference if you edit compatibility settings of the game .exe and enable "disable display scaling on high DPI settings" ?

edit: if this is about vanilla UPLINK, you're in the wrong thread.. i think you should create a new thread (or perhaps contact introversion customer support?)

Found a bug, closing a bank account will cause the game to crash and when logging back on to find out that the transaction from the same bank account never happened and the relevant logs at interNIC are still there.
This is for a lvl 8 bankrupt someone mission using the experimental missions option.

I made an account just for this.

Do you have any log from the crash so I can find the issue? It should be in C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Onlink\ for Windows or ~/.onlink/ for Linux. And yeah, due to the save system, it's possible part of what was done was saved, but not all of it.

I looked at the log but it doesn't seem to have anything from the crash, does it refresh itself every time i play?
Here it is anyway:

edit: I loaded up a backup save to try the same mission again and could not repeat the crash. I also deleted the log before doing this.

the log does refresh on every reload. We'll try to find the reason, but it's gonna be hard.
