Wait, if kite is on hiatus, does that mean onlink is on hiatus from being on hiatus?
I never understood what kite even was in the first place lol.

It's essentially the "successor" to onlink... Without being similar to onlink...

(esit: this is a rare finhd. Two users being on at the same time xD)

I don't know I mean if it's done right it could be very interesting. I would like to see them do something with subversion since intro scrapped it. Seemed like a very interesting concept.

edit: in fact it seems like it COULD fit right in with kite

I was really hoping for subversion... But Subversion was advertised as a lot more Onlink-like than Kite was.

Anyway, what ever happened to kite? Is it just on hiatus for now?
It is still happening. Slowly since I put more work into Onlink but it will happen.

There's a neat thing he's doing on another Onlink branch that we'll have in Kite as well, but it'll be helpful insofar as seeing how people use it and issues they have with it.

Some case studies translate well.

Long time lurker of this forum (for several years actually), I came back just to see that there's ongoing development on Onlink AND Kite.

Those news made my day, really.

Anyway, I want to thanks all the dev currently working on those game. You guys are awesome, working on your spare time of the revival of such a great game.

Thanks again !
