Heh, cable is oversold here a lot more than DSL. If I'm correct, can't find the source, Cable is oversold 1:100-1:150 here, and DSL is 1:10-1:25. That said, I always get 100% of my 20Mbit DSL connection here. But my friend who lives near me, who has cable, sees he's speeds plummet in the evening.

Cable's shared...so I think that'd be the cause there :P

I was lucky enough to live in a more "rural" area, so I didn't see much bandwidth issues.
