my pc ram (3gb) reach to 90% and game show me a error msg...
it still worked in background, till my ram reach to 98% whole screen hanged, i think you need memory management...

i know you use c++, but still i was in c# create frame based game, 15 frame per second, i experience such condition, so i call Garbage collector after drawing each frame, and it fixed, i think you need to free your memory too... try to monitor your ram usage

Hello everyone,

I know you have been waiting patiently so I will give you some news.

First of all, the project is still alive. I'm still working on it, slowly but surely.

More than working on the savegame system, I also try to clean up the code because I can't resist, which slows things down but will help Kite development. Also, I'm slow, live with it !

Hearing you're slow is a lot nicer than fearing project death, so that's all great in my book! ^v^

Is there any idea of how far you've got? Not an ETA, but what the percent status is?

it is around 45% with around 34 classes left to convert (I'm almost done with computer's part of the game).

Also, since the sql wrapper is nicer than in previous versions, it should be faster. I wish I didn't had so many university projects to do :(.

second, would you support custom gateway feature or i work on a program that no one can use?

i almost do any to make it best... to design...

I did read your post and we'll look into it in time. Savegame is the priority for now.

custom gateway will be supported again. Your work is not for nothing ;).

here's a suggestion for the devs. consider making a raspberry pi port if possible. it would be interesting to see if it works.
