Hello, guys. Can the irc server posted by bioshacker be accessed from onlink or should i install an irc standalone client?

I'm standing by to see the progress of Onlink, i just found out about Uplink a week ago and it got me completely. I kinda got to the bottom of Uplink and installed Onlink. End of history

Ps: i'm new here so i may crack a nut from time to time by accident. Don't take it too seriously.

@Exa: Thats a question for the Official IRC Topic. However, i think i can answer it: As far as i know, the Onlink IRC client is just an IRC client. THerefore, you should be able to. However, it's not online ATM, as I have had absolutely NO users request access. I don't know who wants access to it, or even the majority of the usernames on the forums, so i wouldn't be able to just add everyone. Plus, the server is unstable as it is (I'm currently running a single Windows host, until I have the IRC server set up on OpenSUSE.) However, feel free to try. I'll try to finish the setup of the Linux IRC server tonight, and then it'll be on permanently (well, i'll estimate with 94% uptime.)

Edit: Oh, and don't worry about "cracking a nut". Believe me, I've done worse during my time here (I haven't always been the most mature). As long as you don't openly trash people, troll... Etc., there shouldn't be a problem. It seems like theres a certain kind of person this game attracts.

That's AT&T syntax, and it's also for PowerPC assembler.
