It should be Christmass. The name "Christmas" came about when England was run by insane puritans who couldn't stand to have the word "mass" in everything so they turned it into Christmas, Michelmas etc. Christmass is the correct spelling - i.e. the mass of Christ.

So now, here are the questions:

1. What did you get for Christmas?

2. Did you stay up all night and try to catch Santa?

Here are my answers:

1. So far, $130USD. I don't know if I got any other presents ( didn't check), and we still haven't opened any (everyone else is still asleep, even though it's 8:45AM).

2. I stayed up all night playing WoW. 10 hours, hit level 15 with my brand-new Blood Elf Paladin. Does that count?

Here in Belgium we don't have the same Christmas feeling as in the 'Coca Cola & McDonald's' country.

We don't have the same Santa Clause as you guys. Ours comes on 6 December and is called "Sinterklaas aka Sint-Nicolaas" which you guys call Santa Clause (you stole it from the dutch !)

But thought, thanks to Coca Cola, Christmas is more popular now a day. And since my family is trendy (*-* Couch *-*) we also give presents to each other.

And so I received a "Poker" set. (You know 300 chips for playing Texas Hold'em)

And there are still some presents laying under they tree here. But mostly it's crap I receive.

But any way. Happy holidays.

Some gift cards (I'm going shopping tomorrow :D )
Some books (partially interesting)
Super Mario Galaxy for the Wii
Guitar Hero III for the Wii

(I think that's all the BIG gifts, I got some smaller ones, like food, candy, toys, etc.)

My Christmas was year-round:

A daughter, a promotion, and I got to travel and see the world [again]... [Germany, Scottland, Kyrgikstan (can't spell), Kuwait, Afghanistan]

As for the day itself:
Pocky, Coffee, Onlink = No Sleep
No Rocket/Mortar Attacks = Great Day, Any Day
Leann Twedeen, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, and Darryl Worley performing at my little Hell-on-Earth-for-a-Year = Priceless (or free as the USO calls it)

Not much else though...

Anyhow, so my total earnings this Christmas: $180 USD, 5 dozen Ferro Rochers, and I think I got the flu.

PS. Also, I've been sick an obscene amount of times this year. Normally I get a fever maybe once a year... this time around, I've had like three fevers and the flu, twice. Stupid little kids, poisoning my air... (I live with my mom, sister, sister's husband, and my sister's two kids. >.<)
