I like to ask people what OS they use mainly, or if for some reason they can't run it at the moment or use multiple, like to use most.

If I missed something an important OS, please tell me.

I myself run GNU/Linux Debian Lenny AMD64 with KDE for the desktop

I listed other because I use Windows, multiple distros of Linux and working on getting Mac OS to run on my PC.

Well the idea is if you use a lot of them, to pick the one you like most.

You should have mentioned that before.

I like Linux the best myself. I normally run Ubuntu, both desktop and laptop.

I use all of them, however my "main" OS (the one I prefer, and with which I do development) is OS X.

Running XP Home 32 and XP Pro 64 as dual boot atm. Had a triple boot with Vista Home Premium, but it s*cked too much ass
    Reasons for use:
    1) Didn't really see too much diff between DX10 and 9 so no real reason to use Vista.
    2) Been running XP Home since i bought my pc, so all my main sh*t is on there.
    3) XP Pro 64 OWNS MONKYF*CK! Seriously, I can now play Crysis on Very High(manual file change) instead of Medium with 2 High settings on XP Home 32! Thats a REALLY BIG difference. Also, all games and demos i've downloaded so far that have been released after september/october 2007-ish are 64-bit compatible. Along with a lot of premium titles from way before that.
    4) I would like to run Ubuntu as a triple boot(and am probably going to. If not just to try it out.), but there are so little games and programs with linux support(especially games in my case) that i don't really have a use for it atm.

    But there is, however, WINE.

Thank goodness Introversion makes linux ports of their games, so I don't have to worry about WINE being able to emulate those (unless I want the directx patch of Darwinia, which rocks). But until WINE or another program can decently emulate most of my most used Windows programs and games, I'll stick with Windows. (of course, I have a Ubuntu virtual machine and a debian linux server, so I have linux available)

Yeah, my... erm... How many cents is that?

Now i have some issues here.

Hi btw, looking for a nice place to have a Grand Entrance *poofs out of nowhere*

I use several systems ( both for word, development and well just fun ) and not all of m are in there...

So just to sum it all up

    Windows Vista
    Windows XP
    Windows Server 2003
    Gentoo
    AIX
    OSX

And busy with Windows Server 2008 but that isn't a keeper thou.

Now what do i have to select as i use these all on a near daily base at the moment...

    Cheerios,

    -Dorb
