Problem with VDPin (4 State)

Wow, i have no problems getting the 1,2, and 3 state, but i've been working for about 6 hours off and on and still cant get through this 4 state. I've read over the tutorials on solving these kind of puzzles that are on the forums but cant get them to work for it. Any suggestions?

First treat red/blue as one colour and the others as another, and solve as though its a two-state. You should end up with nothing but red and blue squares. Then solve it again as a two-state system. Simple
