I've finished the first secret mission. I've also found a little program on a different server than the first secret mission. I have no idea if it's related to the second secret mission as I have yet to understand how it works.

I've found the second secret mission. If you want an hint: Same server, same files, but a column in the monitor should give you a lead to what you should do (or what you should have done if it's too late already).

If the 'secret missions' are not rewarded with one of those shield-prize thingies, then i found them too :) .

I thought i knew how Denial would work, but I failed :(

As for the other program (I know how Miah loves people that don't give spoilers :P), it looks fun and all, but i think it should be understandable to people that never seen or 'controlled' that.

I agree with not revealing cheats. But I do think it would be ok if someone privately asked for a hint. And if the requester just wanted the answer, that person should get a cryptic hint. :D

ok, forget my last post. I was right on how Denial works :)

It's actually very logical, but i won't give out any (direct) answer, unless Miah can be pursuaded to be bribed with, say... 3 cyber-cakes?

I have no idea what you found, but both of the secret missions are rewarded with shield-prize thingies.

I'll give Denial another try this afternoon, but I find it a tiny bit frustrating with the number reseting to 0 everytime you do something wrong.

You may give instructions on Denial. Bear in mind the internal notes are probably more detailed on the "how many" than yours.

Further, the use of Denial isn't entirely useful in any mission capacity until 0.1.2.

I've just managed to use it and it's a lot of time invested for not much result.

For how to use it, highlight the following paragraph:
1) Get all of the Internal Services Machine links from Internic and add them to your IP list.
2) Go into a company internal services machine, copy Denial in their file server.
3) Access the console and type the following commands: CD USR, RUN DENIAL, SHUTDOWN.
4) Disconnect from that machine. If you run Denial on your gateway, you will see that 1 client is online.
5) Repeat the process from step #2 until you have 20 clients online (At this point you may want to make backup of your save files just in case you do something wrong).
6) When you have 20 clients online, in the "Enter Target IP" box, type in the IP of a company's Internal Services Machine or Bank.
7) Try to connect to that company's ISM or bank. Go in the Uplink news server, fast forward and enjoy the result.

It's very long, and it's satisfying to discover how to use it, but I'm not sure I'd do that on a daily basis with the time it takes to meet the requirement and the whole list being reseted everytime it is used. Plus it would needlessly increase the security system of these servers.

is there like a post or area that has - only clues- all the clues in one simple paragraph.. or 2. cause looking at all this half of it is just ppl talking to eachother and u can miss a clue/ hint
