Thanks for destroying a great game with a IQ test -.- now I'm stuck, and can't figure out how to get pass it.

Try getting admin on the banks. Those have tri-state.

I'm not going to say where the quad state is, though. That's an easter egg you'll need to find.

The quad-state is no more difficult than the bi-state. The tri-state on the other hand is somewhat tedious, but still eventually solvable using the same methods.
Now all you need is something actually worth the effort of breaking the quad-state ;)
