    Hi guys

    I searched the forum for about 20 mins couldnt see this question/answer.

    Just wondering what effect the RAM addition to the game has.

    IRL i suppose it would allow you to have more stuff running at once, however in Uplink that was moderated by CPU (unrealistic or not). So, if Onlink now controls multiple applications speed via the RAM, what effect is CPU having then? lol

    AFAIK, nothing for now. Supposedly the OS-type programs require RAM, as do any HUD additions.

    In older versions the HUD upgrades needed Ram, I believe it will be added back later.
