First Error i spotted,

Error type: GFX error
location: Log screen
Details: Text error missing font.

Just done a fresh install, appied patch 1.54 and then the onlink 0.1 beta that I downloaded this morning. When I run it I get a black command prompt box that flashes up and disappears quickly and nothing happens, still showing v1.54. Download problem, program bug or error between keyboard and chair? Any ideas?

Just tried again but after using 1.60 patch and downloading the file for the fourth time and this time it works. Yippee!

another bug

changed rez of screen and now i can't log in to my old User file.

change that, Seems returning to user accounts will crash the game no matter what rez you use. if you exit you can't return after shutting the game down it seems.

I think that u can't use the old profile 'cause the main core is modified, so the values are shiftled, and so incompatibles.

another one

Error type:GFX bug
Location: start of game
Details: when you start the tutorial the glowing box animations are not disabled after clicking skip.
this leaves a few golden glowing boxes on the screen.

Hum, i now understand what you were saying, Tug.

When u start the game, his resolution is 1280xsomething.
Register as an agent, and all.

When u go to change resolution, and restart the game,
at loading the charather, the games crash.

A strange bug, at least.


PS: ONLINK works good also with the 1.60 patch.
Dunno how works with 1.54.

Check out the weird characters.

I'm running a Dell Inspiron 6400. With Raedeon X1400 graphics on Omega Catalyst Drivers.... Can it be my problem?

should work with raw install too. i think it applys it's own patch. Need to know for sure though.

The Onlink install seems to work like any patchfile install as far as i can tell so no need for any patches. I may be wrong.

yep thats what i got too.
Alright warned Miah, few days ago, of this...
It's a string corruption, not depending on the users pc... don't worry ;)

In according to this, if the mayor bugs are the same that i see in the pre-release demo, you maybe have some problems in the database of the mayor sites, like Academic, Security exc, when u are looking for people, some times don't works, also for the consoles...

More Weird stuff. After creating an agent and playing the tutorial, I exit the game. When i try to relogin into my user account (in the game). It crashes to desktop...


When Creating a new agent. At the Local Gateway Selection Page, the text on the bottom right seems to lag alot.. It comes out like.. 5 words at a time..*pause*..then 4 words...*pause*... and so on.

Last thing...

Maybe The button circled in red isn't working. (I'm not sure about this... nothing happens when its clicked)

I hope i don't sound like i'm trying to find fault with you guys... I'm not.. I really appreciate your work...

Nothing for now.

That are only demostrative, for now their uses is locked.
Just like the INFO button.



Miah says that, for now, the important thing is debugging the work done until now.
I think that the OS will working in the next releases.

Anyway, in my experience, in the pre-release demo, they shouldn't be installed, cause not enough ram is avaiable.
Probably, they set the ram needs at 999mb, in order to block their usage.

This was resolved at around 1 or 2 AM. I found that the file I'd put up was corrupt (sorry). It should work now.
