Psybermind here from the Land of Iowa.. I just wanted to let you all know that I just purchased this game from a local garage sale, I had never heard of Uplink until that time. I installed it and about.. well for lack of better word, soiled myself...I freakin love it... Now I have discovered OnLink.. I'll wait until I get home from work to nab it.. but I have a question before I install it.. Should I complete the Uplink Stock Version 1st? Also, dunno if this is the right thread or not, but how does the Proxy Disabler work? I have tried numerous times to get it, and it just wont work the way its supposed to, and I need it for the current mision I am on. Thanks, and I look forward to playing OnLink |

It's Up to you! Onlink just adds extra things but the game is basicaly the same. If you complete it first u won't get confused abiut the extras! To use the proxy disabler start it up and click on GO!!! |

A little hint about the proxy disabler: when your at the password screen, click on go and don't start the PW cracker just yet. wait until above halfway through the disable, the trace timer will start. then activate your PW cracker, and do your business. it sasves like a couple of seconds of time.. |
