The 4th one is hard, it'll require some serious thinking.

I'm uploading Challenge 6 in a few mins.

I've done a quick update to my site.

Challenge 7 has been added, plus I've altered the splash page so that IE users can see it properly, adding an advert for someone to help with W3C compliancy.

I'll get on with the challenge list.

Er, No. I could easily do that myself. It's called "using SHTML", heh ^_^

Anyway, I've made the update. Check the splash page.

i was noth meaning the challanges, but the mods (including mine  ) you need to host...

i ahve some mods ready, but i didn't send them yet, cuz you NEED to use FF to get to your page. i hate IE also, but it's not fair to ban all people that still use it from your page, also, ie doesn't hate frames, you only need to use some different codes, it's not hard, use a WYSIWYG browser creator, it adds a lot of junk (sounds like M$) but you can use frames in IE

I know you can, but for some reason, not in the layout that I have.

I need someone to help with W3C compatibility. I'm not working around it with lots of random IE compatible pages.

Burningmace, the simple fix you need to do to get your site to work on IE is just add </script> for each script tag.

I'm so fricking close to figuring out #6 I can smell it! I know the key lies within the uniqueness of 307C30...

BTW the exe in #7 doesn't work on my system. "Error: ActiveX can't create object."

edit: 307C30 appears to be more of a mistake in the program (a limitation check that wasn't performed) and really isn't very helpful at all in figuring out the problem.

Anyone else getting this "Error: ActiveX can't create object." problem?

I can't reproduce it.

I'm assuming it has something to do with the fact that I'm using two projects in a VBG, one a DLL wrapper for the encryption class, the other the GUI EXE interface.

Edit: Actually, I just got another error when running the EXE. Something's up. Time to investigate! :D
