I'm not using the latest beta, but the most recent stable version.

I'm using the Trinity, and it has a satellite receiver installed. I can't for the life of me figure out why I can't install the qbit-receiver in it; there's a spare SATA-2 slot on the gateway and even if there wasn't I would have assumed it would just override the previous receiver.

Am I missing something super basic?

That's a bug that has been resolved in the latest beta.

From what I read in the code, you can't have more SATA-2 upgrades if you filled the security slots. You should be able to use that to bypass the issue. Be careful though because it might crash if you have too much of those upgrades.
