I can't seem to find the Uplink Labs Research Center

Post subject:  I can't seem to find the Uplink Labs Research Center
So i just started playing Onlink and was reading through the wiki, and I saw the entry about new hardware that could be purchased at Uplink Labs Research Center. The problem is that i cant find the system on the interNIC. Any help would be appreciated. Also cant find the Cooling system that were mentioned in the wiki.

I'm gonna assume you're not using the beta; but either the "release" or the "previous" version. Run the updater again and install the beta version.
