I can't understand the "Change the DNS record for a server" missions.
Neither can I find a guide for it so I gotta be as the topic says, stupid .

Anyway, I look up the name on the DNS from InterNIC, I change the Contact as it says in the mission and I get an IP, I have tried putting that IP everywhere but it doesn't seem to work.

Neither when I get IP: XX.XX.XXX.XX and IP for "new nameserver".

How do you do this mission and what am I doing wrong?

    Thanks!

InterNIC isn't the only DNS server in existence.

ummm... havent played for a while now, but i think it was like this

u search at interNIC in the records the company by name
once u found it (which shouldn't be to hard ;P), you get the IP with a + behind it
you add it to your list, and connect to that server (:P no direct connection like at interNIC).
Then you should come into a similar menu as at interNIC, you enter the IP you got in your mail and change the stuff they ask you.

Yeah I tried again after testing Supreme Commander 2 and saw how stupid I was, the DNS on InterNIC is only used to find the server with the real DNS record.

    Thanks Coookie ^^.
