I'm trying to get into a LAN, but it complained that I need to route my connection though a host with a valid session key. So this is what I did... I hacked into the mainframe and it said "Host is not responding" so I went to the internal services machine and got the link to the gateway. I hacked the gateway, deleted the files in /sys and shut it down and went back to the mainframe. Once I got into the mainframe, I got to the page with the VPN session key, and I put in the IP address of one of the public access terminals from the same company (got it through Internic). But where do I get the major and minor seed numbers? This is my first time trying to hack a LAN. Any help would be appreciated. |

There's a certain program you probably never use, you must now use it on the LAN. Think about it, what program gives you information on a particular system? Also, make sure the CM's file system has some empty space. |

Gotcha. So I used the IP probe on the LAN and got the usual proxy, monitor, sentry, b. monitor security systems and a "Session Key level 97." But I need two seed numbers, no one - and they have to be in the XX.Y format? |

The seed is in the form Major.Minor |

If the minor seed number is 00, you get only a single number. This is a known bug. It might also be 0, I'm not sure about this |

Back to the 00 bug mentioned above. The key actually should read:"Session Key level 97.00" So, your major key is 97 and your minor is 00. |
