Aside from added misc content. Is there any extra Storyline or anything? Is the original storyline changed any? |

Not really. There is a sort-of kind-of teaser to a new storyline in the game, but it doesn't occur until after the original storyline is finished. -- Griffinhart |

Biggest part of it happens before the main storyline, doesn't it?

They happen at about the same time. Though the new stuff starts earlier. I actually had it happen once right after I did a bank hack before I even had used any of the money. |
