Ferrous Moon ::0.2.0a8 r23 not working

For the Windows and Linux builds, we're experimenting with using OpenMP. We aren't using it throughout Onlink much yet, but CrissCross uses it fairly extensively. This means a few things for users:
1. The Linux build now depends on libgomp.so.1, provided with GCC 4.3.3. Anything GCC 4.3 or above _should_ work.
2. The Windows build may or may not depend on the Microsoft-provided DLLs for OpenMP. If you get runtime errors before the program even launches, try installing the MSVC 2005 runtime. (x86, and/or x86_64)
3. OpenMP is going to allow us to do some pretty nice optimizations, so expect some performance improvements to be forthcoming!

I can't get the 32 bit version of build r23 working - it just comes up with something about the application configuration not being correct. I run Windows XP 32 bit with SP3 on an AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual 4800+.

I am having the same issue. I can install the "previous" version from the updater but after I install the and try to run beta 0.2.0a8 it tells me that the application configuration is incorrect. and to try reinstalling to fix the problem. (it doesn't) I'm currently running Win XP 32bit SP 3. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I quite enjoy the old version that I have played with a bit, (at least until it boots me for supposedly running an illegal copy of the game.) Thank you in advance for any help you can offer in this matter.
