nealy searched tru all the forum, didnt find anything, so here goes:
My onlink wont show the graphics properly, seems like theire positioning is bad or someting, also the music laggs from time to time letting the game freeze really hard.
the points on the map are also not where theyre shown, in genreal the graphics engine seems to bug as hell on my rig.
installed a fresh uplink, patched 1.31 -> 1.54 -> 1.55 -> 1.60 -> installed onlink
checked all possibilities in the graphic options, installed stable and beta (fresh every time ofcourse), tried different opengl settings, nothing !
conf:
amdxp 3000+
1 gig ddr 1 400
asus a7n8xe-dlx
hdds+mouse+model m+usbstuff+monitor etc.
winxp sp2

pls help me, just dug out uplink & discovered the mod and was so happy and then the game got poorly playable !

GUI mods on modlink have not been formatted to work with our mod. We have a ton of new things, so...

Just go into theme ptions and reset the default theme.

i both tried different resolutions @ diffrent colour & refreshrate -> no deal

the reason for the different theme is cause i tried it with other ones than the standard one, but couldnt change back to the standard theme- thats y i have a different theme. but also with the standard theme, the gui looks the same way !

Is your DPI set to something other than the default (96?). If so, change it back and see if that fixes it.

You shouldn't need Uplink installed at all to use Onlink.

found the dpi value... was on 96...
also re-installed my graph drivers, and killed all existing ati stuff with a driver cleaner !
so now i run the newest ati drivers controle by ati tray tool. still no deal ! also when in fullscreen its not fullscreen anyways ! u can still see the taskbar..
AT LAST !!! i disabled visual designs in the compatible mode sektion of the files properties and now the gui works as it should !

no unfortunately not, im using a very old monitor i boght at aldi (philipps tube) some 4-6 years ago.
i got the 1.6 stable version of onlink to run, but its very crappy compared to the enhanced inputs of the recent versions, also i had to start a new agent after i played the other one for almost a day, pretty dissapointing !
i Guess my crappy xp seems to be the reason, still i dont thought it to would be that crappy, although i wanna reinstall it soon. Bought a thinkpad (core 2)which ill get tommorow, hopefully the recent version of onlink will run on that !
any other ideas ?
