What's the in-game logic for that? Does the person doing the hiring know the screen name of the person who did the hack, and says, "No, I'm trying to trace you, idiot!" when you try to take the mission?
I mean, sure taking it you wouldn't be able to complete it...correctly. But you could throw people off your tail.
