Check internal server to see if the company has gateway computer. Because if it does then you need crash that gateway computer to login into mainframe.

where i must see for gateway????
there are 3 adresses for Digi Industries:
1) access terminal
2) internal service machine
3) public acces server
and the mainframe..

i enter to internal service machine but no gateway there
public access server gives me the admin phone tel
access terminal dont let me connect anyway... no public connections allowed (using public or internal or mainframe)

may be i dont know where to search for this gateway...

When someone figures this out, because I don't play Onlink enough to know how to really do all this and don't feel like playing, it might be a nice idea to add some more information to the wiki.

A few things.
1. My previous post probably would not help you at all.
2. I have no idea how you acquired the password with the B.Monitor active.
3. As you can see, there is a Gateway protecting the computer, find the gateway and shut it down.
4. If the Sentry and Proxy are still enabled, you will have a hard time deleting a file, copying a file, etc.

Did I miss anything?

He disabled it in some way. If a system is working, it shows a lock as its icon. If it's compromised, it shows a key.

In short: The gateway system is not listed on InterNIC. The link is only on the company's Internal Services System, listed under "Links".

Seriously, and those topic were on the first page of this forum.

PS. @Miah/Tycho/admin: Apparently the phrases "gateway" and "system" are "too common" and won't be searched for via the Search function of these forums.

PPS. So is "Griffinhart". WTS?

I've disabled the "common word" gimmick. You can probably search for one-letter words. We kindly ask anyone here to -not- do so, but you now have the -ability- to.

Hello.
Thanks for the help but still problem is not solved.
I find the gateway adress from internal machine, get into it, but i dont know how to disable or shutdownt it.
It seems like a VDPIN system with rectengles ... i click on there and each time i click they change position... after some click this system block (position in image) i click to proceed but nothing happened...
i go to the mainframe but still cant connect because host is not responding...

Anyone have any help for me...?????

The system is sealed.

You'll have to wait for it to unseal. ~20 minutes of in-game time, IIRC.

It's exactly like VDPin, only it's on a 4x4 grid (instead of 5x5), with edge-wrapping, and you only have a limited amount of moves.

Post subject:  Re: Error: Host is not responding

You just have to turn all the lights off, just like in VDPin.

Only, you have to do it in under 11 clicks.

Don't forget that lights on edges will trigger lights on opposite edges.

Thanks Thanks Thanks....

Finally i resolve it.
May be you forget to say an important think or may be was only in that gateway.

My experience: after a dissarm the gateway i come back to the mainframe and the host still not responding...
I re-come back to the gateway, dissarm it and when i dissarm it, the console unlocks, so using the console i destroy the system (cd sys->delete) and shutdown it...
Than it works.....
I try several times but without destroying the gateway system dosn't works.
Thank to all.
Thanks to Noir for the link :)
