Hey guys, I couldn't find anywhere else to post this and Miah wasn't on any of his messengers so I thought I'd chuck it in here and sorry if it's an old problem I couldn't find it anywhere else.

With the latest beta, whenever you are connected to any machine, as soon as you click the world map the game locks up. \o/

Doesn't exactly crash, just freezes and has to be ctrl-alt-del'd out of and ended from task manager. This happens with the SSE2, SSE and x86 .exe's, I checked.

Moof. Looks like I'll have to be extra careful now, the old ways don't work anymore. >.<

EDIT: Holy shit, I'm stupid. I just went back in and it turns out it locks up when you click it REGARDLESS of whether you're connected or not. \o/

I'll try disabling the new map, if that doesn't work, reinstall time. -_-

DOUBLE EDIT: OMG! Your uninstall thing sucks the cocks of a thousand sweaty donkeys! It uninstalled Uplink completely. Son of a bitch! I was right before the end mission (for the... 18th time) and your god damn uninstaller god damn uninstalled it! Teh hell!

Just read all that back to myself. Man, I'm funny over time.

It works after a complete reinstall. Strange bug.

Wait, there's a new public beta?

Or is he/she/it talking about the private 1.3 beta(s) that us plebes don't have access to (yet)?
