Probably not. Allowing such a thing would make it too easy to drain banks.

Why not making it possible, but not by a software? i mean... Make it encrypted, allright, but allow us to decrypt it... manually. That would be interesting.

I agree with that. It'd be very interesting if it was something that required the user to put a lot of thought and effort into it, instead of just throwing the latest version of Bank_Decryptor v4.02 at it. For more entertainment, have the cypher change every game for every bank, so that you don't have one extremely intelligent person figure out the encryption and then post a solution for everyone else to leech from, and so that figuring out one bank doesn't give you the master key to drain 'em all.
