Mmyep. Sounds like a bug that should be put up on Bugzilla. Bankruptcy should >= 0 credits, not == 0 credits.

genereate bankrupt mission
find target
if target loan-cash <= 0 //As long as the loan value is a negative
find target
else return target

this pseudo ish code should fix the problem in the first case.

I like the idea that you can bankrupt some fool by taking out a huuuge loan and sending all the money to yourself or whoever.

The whole idea that bankrupting someone is achieved by just closing their account is a tad silly imho. Putting them in huuuge debt is realisticly way more likely to bankrupt someone than just 0 them.

News ticker could have a story about a guy who according to himself was hacked and now find himself in such a bag financial situation that he has been forced to sell his house, cars and maybe some gossip about his wife leaving him (or him being fired from work)

Actually when i first saw the "ruined life" i thought this was the kinda stuff you would have to do to ++ that in the end score.
Maybe this mission should count towards that aswell?

What is this "memory reader"? Some savegame editor? Where do you get it?
There are lots of different ones, personally I use "ArtMoney". It doesn't edit savegames, it edits memory values directly while the game is running, or in this case, allows us to read them.

http://www.artmoney.ru - Available for free.

Enjoy!
Do I use a lot of east software, did you get access in the telephone database ? I didn't find the name of the login nor consulting the file of the user.

Not really that mega, it's only a few months. Considering how slowly this forum generally moves, a few months is not necessarily bad.
Though the fact that the poster in question is impossible to understand does make it a bit annoying.

Yep.

Ogro, speaking in some better English might help us help you better. Or might help you help others better, depending on the situation.

excuse me if didn't understand me, it is that my English is bad and I use a translator not always it is a good translation.

I use artmoney along years, also use other programs destined for reverse engineering.
I get to find passwords, bills, balances and other information this way, but I like to play without cheating.

I didn't find the login of the telephone database server with artmoney or with editor hexadecomal in the savagame, I also tried the logins root, system without success.

I don't see which resource to use to access this server as admin.

What language are you coming from? We have several people on the forums who speak different languages so perhaps if you speak the same one as them that might help.

This should get you started on the right tracks.

Look around internic for companies whose Public Access Server is named Network Access Server instead. These companies keep the DNS for personal computers. So try their DNS records.

Post subject:  Re: Bankrupting a rival

does each of these have an exhaustive list (which would be weird), or do i just have to hack around random of these until i find the right 1? (i managed to find the phone number on the national phone db btw, maybe that could ease the search, but im not sure how.. yet)

Post subject:  Re: Bankrupting a rival

They aren't exhaustive, but there aren't many of them
