    I cannot buy a faster modem for the first gateway (well, the one with an extra memory slot), thanks to 'insufficient bandwidth'.


    Should I buy a better gateway?

    Yes. Each gateway has a maximum bandwidth limit. Even the Trinity gateway can only support 8 Gq/s. The fileserver is the only one able to withstand the highest speed modem.

    I realised there was some kind of limit but the stats for Alpha w/memory says it can support 2 Gq/s
