gcc, Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 and wx-devcpp That's for C++ I don't know java, never touched it. Though, it would be handy to know for programming stuff for my mobile phone. |

Quote: Eclipse isn't a compiler, though, it's an IDE. For compiling Java, it uses the Java JDK's compiler, "javac".
Well, I guess it's true what they say,You learn something new everyday. (Well, I knew Eclipse was an IDE, but didn't know about the compiler bit.) -- Griffinhart |

Quick question, about lolcode, is there actually a compiler for it. The site had no obvious mention of one, but it seems strange to make a language with no compiler. I'd really like to write at least one program in lolcode before I die. |

Before you die? Must have been a monstrous hangover. Anyway, it's right on the site. You were looking for "implementations" not "compilers" since it's not quite that polished yet. Click. |

Haha thats actually not what I meant by before I die, I just think writing a fully featured program that performs a useful function in lolcode is a good goal. |

I don't see why. |

Maybe it gives the little people who have no confidence in themselves something to work for... I dunno. |

I guess...but for someone who already knows how to program...Of course maybe Gwanky doesn't. I guess I sort of assumed. |

It just seems like a "fun" language to code in, from where I'm coming from. Of course, now that lolcode is i the works... will the next generation of lolbots be programmed in lolcode by lolcats in their war against loldogs? -- Griffinhart |
