Excellent news, everyone! Onlink v0.1.1 Final has been released! Here is the changelog so far:

New since 0.1.0:

+ Compiled with a CrissCross core ( http://www.uplinklabs.net/crisscross )
+ New VDPIN price
+ Hardware price fixes
+ Added layer of bank security
+ Two new special missions
+ Agents have real names that match records
+ auto-upgrading security measures
+ auxiliary gateways (stop asking me for its use; it's for backup. use the server. really.)
+ remote routers
+ a few more in-house alterations for future use
+ Crash Dumps
+ Fix for player targeted in missions
+ enhanced criminal database
+ another easter egg
+ fix for lost credentials
+ fix for file attachments
+ fix for evolving security (not final)
+ DArray and DStack improvements for faster execution speed
+ Handling for self-arrests
+ Memory leak detection fixed
- Telephone Database
- Certain Crash Recovery Routines
- personal vitals
- crappy medical database

We're releasing two builds this time. One for Linux x86 and for Windows x86. We highly recommend you use Azureus or another decentralized tracking capable client. We also request that you seed the torrent for several hours (or even days if possible) to ensure that nobody is left without the ability to download it.

We're going to get started on v0.1.2 on Monday. Enjoy the new build and please let us know on the forums of any bugs you find.

EDIT: The Linux download URL has been updated. Please download directly from that location instead of using the torrent. You will need to put your copy of world.dat into the same directory as the extracted data. Please let us know if the build runs, etc.

The x86 download for Linuz contains data.dat and uplink.full

Where to extract those files?

EDIT: In the Linux version, I extracted the two files to the lib directory in my uplink install directory. data.dat and world.dat is in the same dir. Also put uplink.full there too.

Started uplink and everything seems to be the same though :(

You have to extract them to your uplink folder not lib folder and then run uplink.full.

I really do wish we could release a Mac version, but that won't happen until Ambrosia software gives us the green light.

Thanks so much for the mirror link, torrent wasn't working for me.

Oh, by the way, does anyone know which of Onlink.exe, Onlink-x86.exe, or Onlink-SSE2.exe am I supposed to run if I have a SSE2 supporting processor? I would think that it is the last one, but I'm not too sure... (it isn't very obvious)

Hmm, I'm using BitComet and I can't seem to even connect to the torrent's tracker correctly, but anyways I'm thinking of switching to what everyone else seems to be using, Azureus.

I'm running the uTorrent Beta, it's been seeding for 1 day and 16 hours, plus the five minutes I had it going when I first downloaded the patch.

Nice quick answer..

So.. The steam users, cant use any mods.. argh ._.
By the way, I have a website.. http://www.Swapy.dk <-- Dont view it. Right now im making the whole concept and design over .. So, the site you view now.. Is like.. My old idea.. My new idea for my website is to host clan websites.. Anyway!
Im willing to offer you, that you can upload the latest version of your Onlink on my site. The link will not get broke, and stuff like that.
I dont know why I'm giving you this offer.. I just think I'm bored.. lol.. Naeh, I think I just hate broken links.. ._.
